Choose the destination port
Send the port name and country, and confirm your clearing agent’s contact details. Your inland destination and the services available at the port can affect your practical choice. Ask for both the sailing estimate and the expected arrival-handling process.
Confirm the transport method
Our passenger-car container plan allows up to 4 standard cars or 3 large SUVs, subject to confirmed vehicle dimensions and loading. The container freight reference updated on 24 October 2026 is US$6,300: US$1,575 per car with 4 standard cars, or US$2,100 each with 3 large SUVs. Trucks and vehicle transporters are excluded and require a separate loading and freight quotation. Confirm the route, included charges and loading responsibility before booking.
Agree responsibilities and charges
Record the booking party, sea-freight payer, insurance arrangement and document handover process. Freight is handled separately from the vehicle order under the agreed terms. Ask about cancellation, storage and delay charges before booking.
Prepare for arrival
Treat transit dates as estimates until the carrier confirms the schedule. Send the shipping documents to your clearing agent in advance and arrange local clearance and collection. Track the actual vessel schedule rather than promising a fixed delivery date to your buyer.
Shipment documents, costs and eligibility depend on the vehicle and destination. Confirm the current requirements with your clearing agent before placing an order.
